What is a Notary Public?

A Notary Public is an official of integrity appointed by state government —typically by the secretary of state — to serve the public as an impartial witness in performing a variety of official fraud-deterrent acts related to the signing of important documents

What is a mobile notary?

A mobile notary is a notary public who travels to clients. Typically a mobile notary goes anywhere from one to eight places per day and notarizes documents. A mobile notary may charge the regular fee that notaries may charge in their state plus a travel fee.

What are acceptable forms of identification?

Any current U.S. government-issued identification is considered an acceptable form of ID. This includes driver’s licenses, military IDs, and state-issued identification cards, resident alien cars or green cards. If you have misplaced or unable to produce a valid ID, simply let us know during our initial call and we will be more than happy to go over what options you may have.

  • A valid United States driver’s license issued from any of the fifty states.
  • A valid passport issued by the U.S. Department of State.
  • A valid United States Permanent Resident card (green card) issued by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
  • A valid Texas Concealed Handgun License (CHL) or License to Carry Handgun (LTC) photo ID card issued by the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS).
  • A valid United States military uniformed services identification card or Common Access Privilege Card (CAC) which will be either a Geneva Conventions Identification Card or Identification and Privilege Card issued by the U.S Department of Defense.
  • A valid state issued identification card issued from any of the fifty U.S states.

*Any of the above listed acceptable government identifications to show a Texas notary public must be valid meaning the ID cannot be expired.

Can I have my documents notarized online?

Yes! This service is called Remote online notarization. It is conducted by a legally commissioned notary
public where a signer personally appears before the Notary at the time of the notarization using audio-
visual technology over the internet instead of being physically present in the same room. Remote online
notarization is also called webcam

Do you have an office that I can come to you?

We do not work out of an office that clients can visit, we are a 100% mobile service business. We are based in Austin, Texas, and travel to our clients. We work with you at your specified time and convenience.

What forms of payment are accepted?

To make things easy for you, we accept various forms of payment for our Notary services. We can take all major credit/debit cards, Venmo,  CashApp ,  Paypal  and of course cash as well.

If you are a larger company and needing an invoice, we can also set that up so that easily make payments online or via check.
